TELEMATICS
By the term "telematic applications”, we mean all those services offered by modern technology, services which enable us to send and receive all kinds of information. We refer to audio and video, image and text information which is transmitted via TV, computer or other special devices. Telematic applications are nowadays becoming more and more popular, changing dramatically our communication and information transmission ways.
The company EXIPNA SISTIMATA L.P., as far as telematics is concerned, cooperates with the Greek company N-TOPOS, which has assumed great and complicated telematics projects, such as the ATHENS TRAM, the Athens International Airport ELEFTHERIOSVENIZELOS and the Electric Company of Transports system, the first and only fleet management system in Greece.
For our cooperation with N-TOPOS we have a satellite system which enables us to have a vehicle computer, a satellite detection system, an auto announcement system, a wireless communication system, as well as an emergency call system.
