Our products are manufactured from outer steel plate, 10 mm thick. On the outer side, an inclined plate mesh is fixed, 8 mm thick, at an angle of 45 degrees, with the plate surface being perforated every 10 cm by a 25φ-section round solid iron bar.
As a result, it is impossible to break open a safe (due to continuous cracking) with the use of any drill or other intrusion tool.
On top of that, another steel plate, 6 mm thick, is fixed to cover the inclined plate mesh and the empty space created is filled up with corundum, which, due to its monolithic structure and hardness, is oxygen-impermeable, but also impermeable by any other intrusion tool.
Moreover, due to the fact that the inner and outer steel plates are united to the corundum, creating one entity, it is impossible to remove any individual part of this protective shield.
Finally, 5 cm from the intermediate plate, another inner plate, 8 mm thick, is fixed, creating an air gap, filled up with perlite, which is necessary for the temperature stabilization in case of a fire incident.

On this plate (when manufacturing the door), the bar moving mechanisms, the locks and the code numbers, as well as a special mechanism blocking system, in case of an intrusion effort, are fixed.
The products are painted with the special paint spraying pistol DUOSMALT, which features long-lasting resistance.
